Our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) reflects our commitment to building respectful relationships, creating meaningful opportunities and celebrating the rich cultures, histories and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Endorsed by Reconciliation Australia, our Innovate RAP marks an important milestone in our reconciliation journey. It provides a framework to strengthen partnerships, deepen cultural understanding and ensure our work continues to make a positive and lasting impact for children, families and communities across the Northern Territory.
Through collaboration with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations, Elders and community leaders, we are committed to listening, learning and taking meaningful action. From improving access to grants and programs to increasing cultural awareness and supporting Indigenous businesses, our RAP guides the way we work and the decisions we make.
As we continue this journey, we remain focused on creating a future where all children have the opportunity to reach their full potential, while fostering a culture of respect, inclusion and shared understanding.
Our Commitment
