Hosting a Function During the Bash

Teams are encouraged to host a function during the Bash such as a morning or arvo tea stop, it really adds a fun perk to the adventure! Why not theme the function to your car or team up with other Bashers. Final night awards include Best Basher Function.

Terms & Conditions

The serious part

I have read the Terms and Conditions. We recommend you download and save these for your reference. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Declaration: I intend to pledge a minimum contribution of $5,000 (NT Teams) or $4,000 (Interstate Teams) plus an entry fee of $600 (inc. GST) to Variety NT.
In addition, I agree to pay a ‘per person’ Participants Fee (to be advised) in full for all team members one week prior to the start of the Bash. This fee includes all meals, camping fees, entertainment, merchandise, Public Liability and Ambulance Cover. All other costs incurred will be at my own expense.
I understand that acceptance of entries in the 2026 Variety NT Bash is at the absolute discretion of Variety NT and that receipt of this Application Form does not guarantee a place on the Bash.
I also understand that my team and I enter entirely at our own risk and that we will each sign an Indemnity Form prior to the event that will also include permission to receive marketing and promotional material/information from Variety NT as well as permission to include any photography/film footage of me / the team / and or vehicle.
ALL PERSONS TRAVELLING ON THE BASH MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS.
Failure to observe these conditions of entry may lead to cancellation of the Variety NT Bash Entry.

Payment

2026 Variety NT Bash Registration Fee: $600 (non-refundable)*. Applicants are required to obtain contributions (including donations) and deposit fully with Variety NT no later than two weeks prior to the start of the Bash. Any cars that have not met this requirement will NOT be permitted to Bash. Both the Registration Fee and contributions in excess of the Registration Fee are not refundable.
