This form is to be used to express interest in one of the many Officials support crew roles on the Variety NT Bash.

Bash Officials are essential to helping us run this major event as smoothly as we possibly can. They are the oil to our engine.
As an Official you are not required to fundraise but are encouraged, you do not need to pay registration fees, however there will be a participants fee detailed closer to the event with the amount covering meals, camping, merch etc. (approx $800). Officials will also be supplied with 2 x Shirts, hat and high viz vest.

Officials definitely work hard but don't worry, they also get to play.
You will enjoy the spoils of the Bash whilst helping us to get the job done and give the Bashers a spectacular experience.

Declaration:
I am aware that the role of Bash Official is a serious one and as part of a team holds responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of participants and the smooth operation of the Bash.
I will always agree to uphold the code of conduct and work collaboratively with the Bash Chair and Official Team.
I would like to be considered for an official role on the NT Bash 2026.
I agree to pay a ‘per person’ Participants Fee (to be advised) in full one week prior to the start of the Bash. This fee includes all meals, camping fees, entertainment, merchandise, Public Liability and Ambulance escort. All other costs (including Ambulance Cover) incurred will be at my own expense.
I understand that acceptance of entries in the 2026 Variety NT Bash is at the absolute discretion of Variety NT and that receipt of this Application Form does not guarantee a place on the Bash as an Official.
I also understand that I enter entirely at our own risk. ALL PERSONS TRAVELLING ON THE BASH MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS.
Failure to observe these conditions of entry may lead to cancellation of the Variety NT Bash Entry
